but it still says the stupid original head line...no spam etc. ??

I want my other wacky running/athletes cronies here too.

I just did a test post on my page, just leaving there long enough to be sure it worked, and it posted okay.

No. It's when I hit the Facebook button?

I copied the header from the main page and pasted into the 'Write Something' box at the top of my FB page.  Here's a screenshot of the result.  I didn't do the next step and hit 'post,' but that should work.

Were you able to post this to your FB page? I have looked all over the Administration pages, and as near as I can tell there no provision for putting a pic on our main page. If it can be done, thus guy would be near perfect. He's got his running watch, compression gaiters, hydration pack, phone arm band (on his leg) and is very careful about his breathing with that filter thingy. And he's over-striding, but nobody's perfect.

Facebook doesn't always like images that are not hosted on the site that you are trying to link to. You can resolve that sometimes with the og tag and specifying the image but it's unclear if that will work using the method you used.

Try this, remove the image you used and resize it to something smaller and then go to the admin panel and under the Display tab click Pics Management in the left column.

Then click Advanced Mode and then upload, instead of link to, the smaller image as the site logo. That should do the trick.

However, before the changes are reflected on Facebook you will have to goto Facebook's Debug page and enter the forum url and click Debug. That will refresh what Facebook has in their cache.

Then try posting the link on Facebook.

Thanks BIS. It's not so much the image, it's the original headline before I edited it. I'll refresh my page again and try it.
