| Just been lazy. I usually do more yoga in the winter than the summer. I am dressed for it for tonight, after my dinner settles in my belly. I always feel better when I am incorporating a good yoga stretch routine 1-2 times a week. Trying to get back into a routine. | |

That's interesting how you do more yoga in the winter than summer. When I spoke to the owner of the studio she said in the winter they are very busy. Also, I did 2 hard yoga classes back to back, each 1 hour. The first one was hot yoga. The second one was very hard and advanced. When I arrived home I was relaxed. For some reason, that night I could not sleep well, if at all. It had to be the extensive yoga, but I can't figure out why?

| What is hot yoga? Does everyone act sexy? Or is it more intense yoga stretches? | |

| The not sleeping after yoga doesn't make sense to my mind. I hope that was a fluke and doesn't happen again. I go outside in the evenings more in the summer. Winter, I am hibernating and yoga in my house fits that style of life. | |

I'm hoping it was a fluke. I also had a few hot flashes while reading before bed. I thought you did more yoga in a studio in the winter. I find I can do it for a longer time and hold the stretches longer when I'm with a group/class.

| I can't turn my head to the right, due to crucial neck pain. Too much neck stretching 2 days ago. Not sure to ice it or use heat. | |

| Yikes. I am sorry to hear you are having pain. I believe the rule of thumb is, ice first 24-48 hrs to reduce swelling then switch to heat to loosen the muscle. Have you taken something for pain? If not, I would hit a couple of mega doses of an anti-inflammatory. Of course, I am not a dr. And I did not stay in a Holiday Inn last night.... | |

| I don't have any DVDs recommendations. I use RW or YouTube. A good place to start is the RW website. Class numbers, 1,3,5,7 are my go to online videos.
