Headphones

I finally found headphones that work for me. The typical earbuds fall out. Typical headset style don't have long enough cords.

The use bluetooth so no wires and they stay put! So far very happy. I can listen to my true crime podcasts while out for a run.


What works for you?

The earbuds that came with my iPhone were okay, and if it wasn't for them blocking out other sounds I might still be using them. After some experimenting I settled on Plantronics Backbeat Fit Bluetooth earphones. Good sound, great battery life, waterproof, phone answering, and very important to me, they do not block ambient sounds. I can hear my music, podcasts, radio and still hear the tire noise of that approaching car well before I see its headlights.

I don't run with headphones/music on the road.

I like to hear my surroundings (especially cars and on the trails/woods) and myself running.

I looked those up PO. They look pretty cool. Same features but sleeker and I like being able to hear outside noise.

I use headphones when running at the gym or lifting only, not running outside... a wired headset by SOUL.

The Senns were like $30 and the Bose Like $100. Definitely a good upgrade.
