What are you jealous of?

I'm jealous of:

People who own corvettes
People who live in a place that gets a lot of rain.

What about ya'll? Anything?

I'm jealous of J. Lo's panties. I would definitely like to hug her hiney.

My sister. She and her husband retired in their 40's built an awesome house and a hobby ranch where they grow and raise their own food. I have a pretty awesome sis.

PTO. I'm jealous of people who get paid time off.

People with vacation homes.
I wish we had a tsk, tsk button. Banana, you know who you are!

For me, it would be a home or cabin.

Group of us ladies at work have talked of buying a Lake Michigan home together. Not sure how our husbands fit into the equation. HA.

People with a cozy cabin in a rustic area. Be it, year round residence or a vacation home.

Edit: Well, maybe not year round. Too far from NYC.

I can't think of anything I am jealous of, tho there some things that would fun to have. A corvette is one. But I don't see that happening. Another is a water garden and that was doable, so I made one.

I'm only jealous of people with job security. I never had a desire to have my own business so not those folks. Corporate world has a lot of mergers, then dump departments. We could be looking at a major change to our group in a year.

That's why I got out and went back to school full time.
Although self-employed-you don't work, you don't get paid and it's a constant push, and it's 24/7. Even on days off you're thinking of ways to make revenue higher, more clients etc.

I used my skills from making other companies money, my passion and put it to work. I'm building my business on word of mouth and branding myself. I also continue with education. I always need an edge on my competitors. As a typical small business owner, I have a small working capitol. It's a modest salary-but no worries of getting the pink slip and my quality of life is far better than the salary I was making.

I have been blessed to have had a career with the Department of Veterans Affairs, almost 34 years. Sadly, we have great job security.

I sometimes get jealous of trust fund people.
